Domiciliary Care

Our Domiciliary Care Service provides person-centred personal care and support in an individual’s own home. We aim to preserve an individual’s independence so they can continue to live at home for longer.

We want to grant your loved ones their wish of staying home, so that they can be most comfortable and at their happiest while surrounded by those they love.

At some point, an individual can start to find out that they are struggling to complete the washing up, laundry, tidying the living room or attending to their medication. Mega Care support staff help people everyday, supporting them to live their life as they wish without struggling. This type of care is an option for anyone who may prefer not to permanently move out of their home to a care home.

Because we care, we take the time to listen to your specific needs and tailor our services to meet them. No matter the extent of your needs, we make sure that our service meets your specific care requirements.

We provide ongoing support that’s completely built around your needs and routines. Our visits start from 30 minutes per visit, depending with your needs. Some visit are 45 minutes long, an hour, a few hours long to live-in care.

We are proud to share that our staff are all qualified support staff, and we apply stringent criteria when selecting them. Staff are subject to random spot-checks and supervised training, which means they’re able to deliver Domiciliary Care services in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
